The Vanishing Point is something far in the distance, something always slightly beyond reach. We name our annual Imperial Stout Release this to reflect our unrelenting mission to never rest on our laurels, instead to always push on the boundaries of
everything we thought possible in our brewing and maturation craft, to always keep progressing.
Every ingredient is hand selected, the absolute best we can get, and chosen with only one thing in mind; flavour. And every year when we come to brew and mature it, we build on what we’ve done before, always refining, always progressing this beer, our apex, our Vanishing Point.
Vanishing Point 07 heralds a Double Cask maturation for the first time in its history.
First spending 9 months in The Glenlivet 18YO casks before being finished for 3 months in Sherry Casks.
