medium sized bubbles produce a pleasant sensation on the palate.
Fruity aftertaste, reminiscent of tropical fruits and a touch of citrus.
FINAL IMPRESSION: Fresh, nice, well balanced and
with a good bubble structure

PAIRING
Ideal as an aperitif. Good contrast to salty tapas. Fruit salads, fruit
and cream pies. Try it with salty cheese sauce pasta.
